Thanks for stumbling upon my blog and taking the time to read and peruse around. I am writing this blog as a way to both track my personal journey for health and happiness as well as to help others with theirs. I have been so grateful for all the bloggers out there in this thing we call the inter-web, and their raw honesty, that I was inspired to try to do the same. Heck, if I help one person or make one person giggle, it was worth my time.
So what sort of things will I be blogging about? Pretty much anything is fair game, but the topics I know will come up include: healthy recipes, paleo diet, gluten free diet, exercise, yoga, pilates, acne, natural skin care, whole foods, relationships, real-life struggles of an introverted, single, late twenty something, awkward girl-women, dogs, my family’s cats, tiny creatures my friends and family create (aka babies), life coaching, wellness coaching, supplements, hormones, and any other random topics I decide to write about.
